{"id":1615,"date":"2018-09-21T12:30:32","date_gmt":"2018-09-21T12:30:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/barreiropsicologia.com\/blog\/?p=1615"},"modified":"2026-03-26T21:06:29","modified_gmt":"2026-03-26T20:06:29","slug":"procrastinar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/barreiropsicologia.com\/blog\/procrastinar\/","title":{"rendered":"Qu\u00e9 es procrastinar y c\u00f3mo evitarlo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En la intervenci\u00f3n de \u00e9sta semana en la Cadena <a href=\"http:\/\/cadenaser.com\/emisora\/radio_salamanca\/\">Ser Salamanca<\/a>, hemos hablado de un t\u00e9rmino muy de moda: <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Procrastinar<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><em>Enlace al audio del programa al final del art\u00edculo, <a href=\"https:\/\/barreiropsicologia.com\/blog\/procrastinar\/#1\">ir al audio<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es procrastinar?<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong> Procrastinar<\/strong><\/span> quiere decir dejar cosas para el futuro. Viene de la palabra latina <em>procastinare<\/em> que quiere decir aplazar.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando realizar una tarea, ya sea f\u00edsica o mental, resulta pesado y tedioso, muchas personas buscamos el modo de retrasarla, haciendo otras cosas de menor importancia o que impliquen menos esfuerzo.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9sto es algo normal, pero si se convierte en un h\u00e1bito se puede convertir en un s\u00edndrome, <strong>el s\u00edndrome de procrastinaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, que tambi\u00e9n es conocido como s\u00edndrome del estudiante.<\/p>\n<h2>Las causas que pupeden llevarnos a procrastinar<\/h2>\n<p>Existen diferentes <strong>causas<\/strong> que pueden llevarnos a procrastinar.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La <strong>inseguridad y el miedo<\/strong> a no poder hacer bien la tarea que se va a realizar, \u00e9sto tiene que ver con la baja autoestima o el perfeccionismo.<\/li>\n<li>La <strong>ansiedad<\/strong> que se produce por la alta dificultad de la propia tarea, \u00e9sta ansiedad puede provocar que no se termine la tarea y que la persona se llegue a desesperar y abandonar lo que ha empezado.<\/li>\n<li>La <strong>pereza y la desidia<\/strong> de la propia persona en un momento determinado (ahora no me apetece&#8230;)<\/li>\n<li>Por la <strong>carga emocional<\/strong> alta como puede implicar situaciones como romper una relaci\u00f3n, hablar en p\u00fablico, enfrentarse a una mala noticia&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Si la actividad puede implicar emociones como <strong>verg\u00fcenza o miedo<\/strong>, como en ocasiones ir al medico, pedir disculpas, pagar una deuda&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Cuando la tarea es muy <strong>aburrida o monotona<\/strong> c\u00f3mo limpiar, estudiar, ver o leer algo aburrido&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\u00bfEntonces podemos hacer algo para evitar la procrastinaci\u00f3n?<\/h2>\n<h3>Podemos seguir algunos <strong>consejos<\/strong>:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Dedicar dos minutos a pensar en la tarea y centrarse en las consecuencias positivas de realizarla en vez de en las negativas.<\/li>\n<li>Hacer una lista de tareas pendientes que nos ayude a priorizar las que son m\u00e1s importantes y tratar de dar el primer paso es decir,<\/li>\n<li>Gestionar esas tareas y dividirlas en pasos m\u00e1s f\u00e1ciles de conseguir.<\/li>\n<li>Marcar objetivos peque\u00f1os y alcanzables.<\/li>\n<li>Preparar el entorno o el lugar donde se va a realizar la actividad para que haya las menos distracciones posibles.<\/li>\n<li>Hacer de tareas aburridas rutinas programadas para que \u00e9sto ayude a mentalizarse con tiempo de lo que haya que hacer, llevar un calendario o una agenda suele ayudar.<\/li>\n<li>Darse peque\u00f1os premios para motivarse al conseguir el objetivo propuesto.<\/li>\n<li>Cuidarse f\u00edsicamente ( hacer deporte) y descansar adecuadamente ayuda a estar m\u00e1s motivados y con m\u00e1s energ\u00eda para realizar todo lo que nos propongamos.<\/li>\n<li>Decir lo que voy a realizar a otros y hacerlo p\u00fablico a veces ayuda a comprometerse con la actividad y con uno m\u00edsmo.<\/li>\n<li>Hacer un balance al final del d\u00eda sobre la tarea realizada y revisar los objetivos cumplidos y por cumplir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Estoy seguro que siguiendo \u00e9stos consejos se puede conseguir realizar cualquier tarea que nos quede pendiente!<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<blockquote id=\"1\">\n<p>Escucha el audio del programa a partir del minuto 28\u00b4<\/p>\n<audio class=\"wp-audio-shortcode\" id=\"audio-1615-1\" preload=\"none\" style=\"width: 100%;\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"audio\/mpeg\" src=\"https:\/\/barreiropsicologia.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/21.09.18-Procrastinar.mp3?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/barreiropsicologia.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/21.09.18-Procrastinar.mp3\">https:\/\/barreiropsicologia.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/21.09.18-Procrastinar.mp3<\/a><\/audio>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En la intervenci\u00f3n de \u00e9sta semana en la Cadena Ser Salamanca, hemos hablado de un t\u00e9rmino muy de moda: Procrastinar Enlace al audio del programa al final del art\u00edculo, ir al audio. \u00bfQu\u00e9 es procrastinar?
