audio<\/a>.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el sue\u00f1o?<\/h2>\n<p>El <strong>sue\u00f1o<\/strong> es una <strong>funci\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica<\/strong> y necesaria de cuerpo y cerebro que permite descansar y realizar una serie de <strong>procesos fundamentales para el cuerpo<\/strong>, como regular el equilibrio a nivel endocrino, tambi\u00e9n es el momento en el que se produce la regulaci\u00f3n de temperatura corporal, adem\u00e1s de otras funciones f\u00edsicas.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s se producen una serie de <strong>procesos fundamentales<\/strong> <strong>para el cerebro<\/strong>, c\u00f3mo es la reorganizaci\u00f3n neuronal, y la creaci\u00f3n y eliminaci\u00f3n de recuerdos, tambi\u00e9n se refuerza el aprendizaje y la memoria, entre otras funciones.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el insomnio y qu\u00e9 tipos hay?<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2221 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/barreiropsicologia.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/bebe-sonriente-acostado-cama_1139-14-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"insomnio\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" insomnio<\/strong> es un trastorno del sue\u00f1o que se caracteriza por la falta continuada de sue\u00f1o en periodos prolongados de tiempo.<\/p>\n<p>Hay diferentes<strong> tipos de insomnio<\/strong>, como tardar en dormir, despertarse antes de tiempo, despertarse muchas veces por la noche, lo que hace que no logremos descansar correctamente.<\/p>\n<p>Es importante tener en cuenta que <strong>no es lo mismo<\/strong> no dormir una noche que ofrecer insomnio.<\/p>\n<p>El Insomnio es m\u00e1s frecuente ante momentos de <a href=\"https:\/\/barreiropsicologia.com\/blog\/estres-concepto-y-prevencion\/\">estr\u00e9s y preocupaci\u00f3n<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando no se duerme, <strong>se disminuye la capacidad<\/strong> de memoria, de atenci\u00f3n, de rendimiento intelectual general, la capacidad de concentraci\u00f3n, la capacidad de reacci\u00f3n ante est\u00edmulos, se aumenta los niveles de ansiedad, etc&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>En los casos m\u00e1s graves de falta de sue\u00f1o, se pueden producir alucinaciones o ataques de epilepsia.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-2222 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/barreiropsicologia.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/mujer-despierta_53876-13653-300x284.jpg\" alt=\"Insomnio\" width=\"235\" height=\"222\" la higiene del sue\u00f1o<\/h2>\n<p>Para dormir de manera <strong>\u00f3ptima<\/strong> son necesarias <strong>tres condiciones <\/strong>de la <a href=\"http:\/\/barreiropsicologia.com\/blog\/higiene-del-sueno-contra-el-insomnio\/\">higiene del sue\u00f1o<\/a>: Unas <em>condiciones fisiol\u00f3gicas<\/em> determinadas, <em>un ambiente<\/em> (escena) adecuado y una <em>desactivaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica y cognitiva<\/em> suficiente.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Las caracter\u00edsticas para una <strong>condici\u00f3n fisiol\u00f3gica<\/strong> son: Hacer ejercicio moderado, no irse con hambre ni con sed a la cama, no ir a dormir con ganas de orinar, llevar una dieta adecuada en general y ligera antes de dormir, controlar el consumo de caf\u00e9, coca-cola, nicotina que son estimulantes y moderar tambi\u00e9n el consumo de alcohol.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Caracter\u00edsticas ambientales<\/strong>: Dormir con una temperatura fresca, sin luz fuerte en la habitaci\u00f3n, tener una cama adecuada, ropa c\u00f3moda, controlar el nivel de ruidos.<\/li>\n<li>Ciertas caracter\u00edsticas para la <strong>desactivaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica<\/strong>: realizar t\u00e9cnicas de relajaci\u00f3n o de respiraci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Caracter\u00edsticas para la <strong>desactivaci\u00f3n cognitiva<\/strong>: resolver las preocupaciones de la vida diaria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Nuestras recomendaciones contra el insomnio<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Adecuar el sue\u00f1o<\/strong> a un momento del d\u00eda, <strong>no echar siestas<\/strong> excesivas, <strong>mantener rutinas<\/strong> y horarios regulares tanto para levantarse como al acostarse, <strong>crear unas rutinas previas<\/strong> al sue\u00f1o para que \u00e9ste se convierta en un proceso autom\u00e1tico.<\/li>\n<li><strong>No usar tablets<\/strong>, m\u00f3viles ni pantallas de ordenador u otros dispositivos ya que emiten ondas de alta frecuencia, que son contrarias a las ondas de frecuencia baja necesarias para inducir el sue\u00f1o.<\/li>\n<li><strong>No realizar actividades excitantes<\/strong> antes de dormir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\u2666 Pod\u00e9is escuchar
