<a href=\"https:\/\/cadenaser.com\/\">Cadena SER<\/a>, tuvimos una interesante conversaci\u00f3n sobre <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">el miedo al href=\"https:\/\/barreiropsicologia.com\/blog\/el-miedo-al-ridiculo-y-como-superarlo\/#1\">ir al audio<\/a>.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>Lo primero, \u00bfqu\u00e9 es el rid\u00edculo?<\/h2>\n<p>El rid\u00edculo es una respuesta humana, social y cultural \u00fatil que intenta ayudar en un principio a que <strong>encajemos a nivel social<\/strong> en un entorno determinado, ya sea en un grupo de amigos, en un grupo de trabajo, en un entorno de vecinos, etc&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Proviene del <strong>miedo cultural al rechazo<\/strong> y tiene que ver con la exposici\u00f3n social, es decir, el que otros me vean o me observen.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2284 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/barreiropsicologia.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/ridiculo-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"Rid\u00edculo\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/barreiropsicologia.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/ridiculo-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/barreiropsicologia.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/ridiculo.jpg 626w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Puede tratarse de una <strong>respuesta <\/strong><b>negativa<\/b> cuando no te permite realizar una actividad importante para ti por el miedo a fallar de alguna manera.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Algunos ejemplos<\/strong> son el no realizar una actividad en el \u00e1mbito laboral como dar una charla, o no poder enfrentarse a una situaci\u00f3n que genera cierta verg\u00fcenza, como en el caso de tener comprar preservativos, lo cual puede llevar a mantener relaciones sexuales de riesgo, o bien no poder mantener una conversaci\u00f3n por el miedo a equivocarse o por temor a no tener conocimientos sobre el tema que se habla.<\/p>\n<p>Se trata de un concepto asociado a la idea de <b>verg\u00fcenza ajena, <\/b>que es una<b> <\/b>autovaloracion personal sobre las conductas de otros.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se asocia normalmente a ciertas <a href=\"http:\/\/barreiropsicologia.com\/blog\/las-distorsiones-cognitivas-i\/\"><b>creencias irracionales<\/b><\/a> como la idea de tener que gustar a todo el mundo, tener que evitar siempre el rechazo de los dem\u00e1s, la idea de que la apariencia social tiene que ser perfecta, o la idea de que siempre todo el mundo habla de t\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00bfS<\/span>e puede aprender a superarlo?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Lo primero que podemos hacer es <strong>cuestionar el miedo<\/strong> y visualizarlo desde fuera para practicar ver el lado gracioso de la situaci\u00f3n que provoca el ese rid\u00edculo.Es muy \u00fatil re\u00edrse de uno mismo y tambi\u00e9n escuchar las situaciones rid\u00edculas que les pasan a otras personas, para entender que TODOS pasamos por situaciones parecidas.<\/li>\n<li>Entender que <strong>a todo el mundo le ocurre<\/strong>, que nadie es perfecto.<\/li>\n<li>Tener en cuenta <strong>el <i>Efecto del payaso<\/i><\/strong>, \u00e9sto quiere decir que las personas ante una situaci\u00f3n que pueda resultar rid\u00edculo no nos re\u00edmos de la persona, si no de la conducta que ha sucedido, ya que entendemos que nos puede pasar tambi\u00e9n a nosotros.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Apuntarse a actividades<\/strong> que impliquen exponerse ante otros de alg\u00fan modo como hacer teatro, ir a baile, aprender alg\u00fan idioma a trav\u00e9s de una escuela, etc&#8230;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Probar a exponerse<\/strong> a situaciones donde puede aparecer rid\u00edculo en peque\u00f1as dosis, como por ejemplo, preguntar en clase o levantar la mano en una charla.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<blockquote id=\"1\"><p>Escucha el audio del programa a partir del minuto 31.30\u00b4 pinchando <a
