Cuando no puede hacerlo, se activa una sensaci\u00f3n de alerta constante.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"993\" data-end=\"1066\">\ud83d\udc49 Empiezas a pensar m\u00e1s<br data-start=\"1017\" data-end=\"1020\" \/>\ud83d\udc49 Intentas prever todo<br data-start=\"1043\" data-end=\"1046\" \/>\ud83d\udc49 Buscas certezas<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1068\" data-end=\"1112\">Y cuanto m\u00e1s lo haces, m\u00e1s ansiedad aparece.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1114\" data-end=\"1274\">Esto es completamente normal: la incertidumbre activa la ansiedad porque rompe la sensaci\u00f3n de control y predictibilidad<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1276\" data-end=\"1279\" \/>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00f3mo se vive la incertidumbre desde dentro<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No se siente como \u201cno saber\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se siente como:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u201c\u00bfY si pasa algo malo?\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cNo estoy seguro de lo que hago\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cNecesito tenerlo claro ya\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cNo puedo parar de pensar\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Y aqu\u00ed aparece el problema:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 no es la incertidumbre<br>\ud83d\udc49 es la necesidad de eliminarla<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lo que haces sin darte cuenta y aumenta la incertidumbre<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin querer, es probable que est\u00e9s haciendo cosas que aumentan el malestar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Buscar respuestas constantemente<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analizar todas las opciones<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pedir confirmaci\u00f3n a otros<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intentar tener todo bajo control<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto genera una falsa sensaci\u00f3n de seguridad\u2026 pero mantiene la ansiedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De hecho, la b\u00fasqueda constante de certeza es uno de los principales mantenedores del problema<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00f3mo superar la incertidumbre paso a paso<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No se trata de eliminar la incertidumbre, sino de aprender a relacionarte con ella.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.
