No se trata de que lo que ocurre sea necesariamente negativo, sino de c\u00f3mo nuestro cerebro lo filtra, lo interpreta y le da significado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este concepto fue ampliamente desarrollado dentro de la <a href=\"https:\/\/barreiropsicologia.com\/blog\/modelo-cognitivo-conductual-comprender-y-transformar-nuestros-pensamientos\/\">terapia cognitivo conductual<\/a> y explica por qu\u00e9 muchas veces reaccionamos emocionalmente de forma intensa ante situaciones que, objetivamente, no lo justificar\u00edan tanto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2699\ufe0f Por qu\u00e9 aparecen las distorsiones cognitivas<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuestro cerebro no busca la verdad, busca la eficiencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y para ello utiliza atajos mentales que, aunque \u00fatiles en muchos casos, pueden generar interpretaciones sesgadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas distorsiones suelen aparecer cuando:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hay ansiedad o estr\u00e9s elevado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Existen experiencias previas negativas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Predomina la inseguridad o la autoexigencia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se activan pensamientos autom\u00e1ticos r\u00e1pidos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto explica por qu\u00e9 est\u00e1n tan relacionadas con <a href=\"https:\/\/barreiropsicologia.com\/blog\/ansiedad-causas-y-tratamiento\/\">la ansiedad<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83e\udde9 Las distorsiones cognitivas m\u00e1s comunes<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pensamiento dicot\u00f3mico<\/strong> (todo o nada): Ves las cosas en extremos: o perfecto o fracaso.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Catastrofismo<\/strong>: Anticipas el peor resultado posible sin evidencia suficiente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sobregeneralizaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: Un evento negativo se convierte en una regla general.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Filtro negativo<\/strong>: Te centras solo en lo malo e ignoras lo positivo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lectura de mente<\/strong>: Asumes lo que otros piensan sin comprobarlo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Personalizaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: Te atribuyes responsabilidades que no te corresponden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83e\udde0 C\u00f3mo afectan a tu vida sin que lo notes<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Las distorsiones cognitivas no solo afectan a lo que piensas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Afectan a c\u00f3mo te sientes, c\u00f3mo act\u00faas y c\u00f3mo te relacionas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ejemplo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Interpretas una cr\u00edtica \u2192 te sientes mal \u2192 evitas situaciones \u2192 refuerzas la inseguridad<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 Se crea un c\u00edrculo que alimenta la ansiedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udd17 C\u00f3mo se convierten en pensamientos autom\u00e1ticos<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Las distorsiones cognitivas no se quedan en teor\u00eda, se transforman en pensamientos r\u00e1pidos, autom\u00e1ticos y muy cre\u00edbles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 Eso es lo que llamamos <strong>pensamientos distorsionados<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cSi quieres aprender a detectar estos pensamientos en tu d\u00eda a d\u00eda y saber c\u00f3mo cambiarlos paso a paso, puedes leer este art\u00edculo sobre <a href=\"https:\/\/barreiropsicologia.com\/blog\/pensamientos-distorsionados\/\">pensamientos distorsionados<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udee0\ufe0f C\u00f3mo empezar a trabajar las distorsiones cognitivas<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>No se trata de eliminarlas, sino de identificarlas y cuestionarlas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Algunas estrategias b\u00e1sicas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Detectar el patr\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Reconocer qu\u00e9 tipo de distorsi\u00f3n est\u00e1s usando.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Cuestionar la evidencia<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfTengo pruebas reales o estoy interpretando?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Generar alternativas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Buscar una interpretaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s equilibrada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Repetici\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El cambio viene con pr\u00e1ctica, no con un solo intento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83c\udf31 Mi reflexi\u00f3n sobre las distorsiones cognitivas<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Algo que veo constantemente es que las personas no sufren tanto por lo que les ocurre, sino por c\u00f3mo lo interpretan y  esto no significa que el problema no sea real. Significa que muchas veces hay una capa invisible que lo intensifica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando empiezas a identificar estas distorsiones, no desaparecen los problemas, pero s\u00ed cambia algo importante: <strong>tu margen de maniobra<\/strong> y eso, en terapia, lo cambia todo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2753 FAQ (SEO)<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfTodos tenemos distorsiones cognitivas?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00ed. Son universales. La diferencia est\u00e1 en c\u00f3mo las gestionamos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfSon lo mismo que pensamientos negativos?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>No exactamente.
