{"id":3626,"date":"2021-06-18T14:13:54","date_gmt":"2021-06-18T12:13:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/barreiropsicologia.com\/blog\/?p=3626"},"modified":"2026-04-29T19:28:18","modified_gmt":"2026-04-29T17:28:18","slug":"como-sacar-fuerzas-de-flaqueza-y-no-fallar-en-el-intento","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/barreiropsicologia.com\/blog\/como-sacar-fuerzas-de-flaqueza-y-no-fallar-en-el-intento\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfC\u00f3mo sacar fuerzas de flaqueza y no fallar en el intento?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En el Hoy por hoy Salamanca de Radio Salamanca, continuamos con la reflexi\u00f3n sobre si podemos permitirnos respirar con la que est\u00e1 cayendo y sobre <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">c\u00f3mo sacar fuerzas de flaqueza<\/span> para sobrellevar la situaci\u00f3n que vivimos actualmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>Enlace al audio del programa al final del art\u00edculo, <a href=\"https:\/\/barreiropsicologia.com\/blog\/como-sacar-fuerzas-de-flaqueza-y-no-fallar-en-el-intento\/#1\">ir al audio<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Consejos sobre c\u00f3mo sacar fuerzas de flaqueza<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si queremos saber c\u00f3mo sacar fuerzas de flaqueza con la que est\u00e1 cayendo y no fallar en el intento es fundamental que sepamos c\u00f3mo hacerlo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Para ello, en primer lugar, tenemos que poder <strong>planificar nuestros objetivos a corto, medio y largo plazo<\/strong>, lo cual nos va a ayudar a poder ir dando peque\u00f1os pasos sin el peligro de caernos desde muy alto en caso que nuestros objetivos no se cumplan, adem\u00e1s el planificarnos de este modo va a permitirnos <strong>ser m\u00e1s conscientes de la realidad<\/strong> de cada momento, es decir, ser m\u00e1s realistas y <strong>ajustarnos mejor<\/strong> a nuestra circunstancia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Segundo,<strong> proyectarse en el tiempo<\/strong>, es decir, visualizar las cosas que te gustar\u00edan que sucediesen o que te gustar\u00eda que cambiasen en un futuro, siempre con una visi\u00f3n realista, ya que \u00e9sto va a permitirte <strong>crear esos objetivos<\/strong> de los que habl\u00e1bamos antes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tercero, <strong>permitirse hacer<\/strong>. Es decir, tenemos muy claro que no podemos hacer, pero tenemos tan claro lo que si, as\u00ed que si centramos nuestra visi\u00f3n en esa direcci\u00f3n, nos va a ayudar a tener un punto de vista m\u00e1s positivo y <strong>dirigido a las soluciones<\/strong> y no a los problemas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuarto, <strong>ser consciente de lo que est\u00e1 funcionado actualmente en nuestras vidas<\/strong>, lo que nos va a ayudar a que podemos utilizar esos <strong>recursos<\/strong> que en ocasiones nos pasan desapercibidos y eso que los tenemos al alcance de nuestras manos, porque ya est\u00e1n funcionando.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Por \u00faltimo, <strong>ser consciente de d\u00f3nde estamos<\/strong>, es decir del <strong>momento social y personal<\/strong> actual.
