{"id":753,"date":"2014-10-02T15:41:47","date_gmt":"2014-10-02T13:41:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.barreiropsicologia.com\/?p=753"},"modified":"2026-03-26T21:03:29","modified_gmt":"2026-03-26T20:03:29","slug":"programa-psicodiet-decalogo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/barreiropsicologia.com\/blog\/programa-psicodiet-decalogo\/","title":{"rendered":"Conoce el Programa Psicodiet, nuestro Dec\u00e1logo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Hoy voy a dejaros algunos de los consejos que explicamos desde el <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Programa Psicodiet<\/span>, que como ya sabeis desarrollo en colaboraci\u00f3n con la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.clinicablancodietetica.com\/\">Cl\u00ednica Blanco de Diet\u00e9tica y Nutrici\u00f3n<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 align=\"JUSTIFY\">Qu\u00e9 es el programa Psicodiet<\/h2>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">El programa est\u00e1 ideado para ayudaros a conseguir de una manera saludable y progresiva vuestros objetivos a la hora de realizar una dieta equilibrada.<\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Por una parte el estudio diet\u00e9tico corporal personalizado realizado por la directora de la Cl\u00ednica, Irene Blanco, diplomada en nutrici\u00f3n y diet\u00e9tica humana, complementado por el seguimiento y <a href=\"https:\/\/barreiropsicologia.com\/tratamiento-psicologico\/tratamiento-en-trastornos-de-la-alimentacion\/\">apoyo psicol\u00f3gico<\/a> que se basa en t\u00e9cnicas adecuadas para el control de la ansiedad ante la comida, la prevenci\u00f3n de impulsos o atracones, la aceptaci\u00f3n de las sensaciones negativas asociadas que se generan, y la motivaci\u00f3n hacia el logro.<\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Todo \u00e9sto facilita que el realizar la dieta espec\u00edfica planeada conlleve los mejores resultados, tal y como nos demuestra la pr\u00e1ctica cl\u00ednica y la satisfacci\u00f3n de las personas que pasan a diario por la consulta. \u00c9stos son los pilares del Programa Psicodiet.<\/p>\n<h2 align=\"JUSTIFY\">Algunas de las pautas que aconsejamos se pueden resumir en \u00e9ste Dec\u00e1logo<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">En la <a href=\"http:\/\/barreiropsicologia.com\/blog\/sobrepeso-y-factores-psicologicos\/\">obesidad<\/a> intervienen <strong>factores<\/strong> gen\u00e9ticos, metab\u00f3licos, psicol\u00f3gicos y sociales. Consigue diferenciarlas de la comida. Algunas emociones como la ansiedad, la tristeza o la ira, si son intensas pueden llevarte a una sobreingesta descontrolada en poco tiempo (atracones) o a comer constantemente.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Estar centrado o preocuparse demasiado por la comida y por tu silutea genera conflictos con tu <strong>imagen corporal<\/strong> y falta de confianza. Oc\u00fapate en vez de preocuparte. genera nuevos h\u00e1bitos saludables de alimentaci\u00f3n, que puedas mantenersiempre, en lugar de seguir dietas para adelgazar que solo puedas mantener durante alg\u00fan tiempo.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Intentar repetidamente <strong>disminuir el peso sin \u00e9xito<\/strong> puede hacerte pensar que no lo conseguir\u00e1 y podr\u00eda afectarte y sentir que no tienes control en otros \u00e1mbitos de la vida.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Aprende a <strong>gestionar tus objetivos<\/strong>, es fundamental cambiar la dieta y aprender a consolidar los cambios conseguidos. Haz un seguimiento con los expertos en el programa.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Acepta que <strong>tu problema tiene soluci\u00f3n<\/strong>, s\u00e9 sincero contigo mismo en lugar de enga\u00f1arte.
